About the Retreat

Welcome to our gluten free retreat in sun-drenched Tenerife, created for those who crave rest, renewal, and the simple peace of not having to worry about getting “glutened.”
Each morning begins with a gentle yoga session to awaken your body and center your mind. Don’t worry if you are a newbie or a seasoned pro, you can take the classes at your own pace.
One of the cooking workshops will be pizza making, showing you how to make dough that actually feels like normal pizza and tastes great. You’ll learn to create delicious gluten free meals using fresh, local ingredients, with tips you can take home to your everyday life.
Afternoons are yours to enjoy, explore volcanic trails, lounge by the pool, or simply rest. Evenings bring us together around the table for relaxed, gluten free dinners.
Everything is optional and you are welcome to partake as much as you want in the activities and classes.
